$150 Web page Special

Get out there !

Do you have a business or service that you would like to expand? Or I'm sure by now the situation has come up, more than once, where a potential client asks you if you're on the web, and you had to say no.

At Tektical Industries we hear about situations like these all the time. That's why we devised this simple solution, a "business card" for the web. Even though you may not have the time to write all the content on your web page right now, or if an elaborate web site is not in the budget as of yet, our solution will correct these problems.

We suggest a "business card" or "billboard" site. This design, intended for a small business or individual, is an affordable marketing tool with three objectives. First and foremost it is an advertisement in much the same manner as placing an ad in the yellow pages. Secondly, via search engines, it becomes a way for people who already know who you are to find your contact info quickly. And lastly, this page can act as a place holder on the web if you ever decide to embellish your presence on the net, your domain name will already be purchased and well known.

Special includes:

  • 1 web page
  • 1 graphic (your design)
  • Your provided text
  • 1 .com domain name of your choice
  • 6 months of basic hosting

Special Price: $150

This special is for layout of a site using your existing logo or graphic and a few web-specific abilities, such as an e-mail button or web links. Domain name is subject to availability. Client is responsible for delivery of all content in MS word format. After 6 months time, $10.50 a month will be required to keep this site posted. After one years time a renewal fee of $15 per domain name will be charged. All extras are subject to additional charges.

Hints

Surely a simple, transparent, efficient transaction cannot be the web’s highest aspiration. Simply serving the reader’s explicit needs will not and cannot create a memorable experience. If everything goes as expected – neither better nor worse than usual – our reader (or our customer) has no reason to remember the experience, or us. Perhaps they’ll come to us if they have a similar need some day, and happen to find us again; otherwise, why would they give us a second thought?

I used to work near a man who would proclaim “The web is business!” as he strode through the halls. That man was wrong. The web and the Internet aren’t business. They are tools. They are a medium. They are opportunity.
